• JOIIP publishes original research articles and editorials and adheres to the highest standards of academic integrity and rigor and follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
• JOIIP is an open-access journal, which means that all published articles are freely available online without any subscription or fee. It supports the principles of open science and encourages authors to share their data, code, and materials with the research community.
• JOIIP is published biennially by the Reformed Church University a multidisciplinary and international academic institution and network of scholars and practitioners who are committed to advancing the knowledge and practice of inclusivity and innovation.
• JOIIP invites authors to submit their manuscripts online through the journal’s website. JOIIP follows a double-blind peer-review process and provides constructive and timely feedback to authors.
